Lab Automation

Modern  Labs are more and more forced  to automate  their lab processes. . Reason is eg. the  increasing  amount of  samples fluctuating  from period to period with less human resources .

In order to make this possible , instrument interfacing need to be implemented to automate the manual processes. .

Typical areas for automation are:

  • Sample preparation
  • Sample storage
  • Sample archiving
  • Automated result entry
  • Instrument Interfaces with CDS and raw data Systems (HPLC, GC, Titraton, etc.) with LIMS
